• First you need power ISO- Download link below(requirement before download: Say THANKS!!!)

• your USB device.. much better if 8GB in size (reason: so that you can still put usefull apps in the start of your OS like drivers, browsers etc.)

Steps:

1. Open Power ISO as administrator (right click and hit open as administrator)
   
2. Click TOOLS on Power ISO
3. Click Create a bootable usb

Error Code: 0xC004F035
Error Message: This error code equates to “The Software Protection Service reported that the computer could not be activated with a Volume license product key...” The error text is correct, but is ambiguous.
This error indicates that the computer is missing a Windows marker in the BIOS – provided on OEM systems to indicate computers shipping with qualifying editions of Windows, which is a requirement for KMS client activation.
Error: Invalid Volume License Key
In order to activate, you need to change your product key to a valid Multiple Activation Key (MAK) or Retail key.
You must have a qualifying operating system license AND a Volume license Windows 7 upgrade license, or a full license for Windows 7 from a retail source.
ANY OTHER INSTALLATION OF THIS SOFTWARE IS IN VIOLATION OF YOUR AGREEMENT AND APPLICABLE COPYRIGHT LAW.
Activation Type: KMS client/KMS host
Possible Cause: Windows 7 Volume editions are licensed for upgrade only. Installing a Volume operating system on a computer that does not have a qualifying operating system installed is not supported.

Error Message: The Software Protection Service reported that the computer could not be activated. The count reported by your Key Management Service (KMS) is insufficient. Please contact your system administrator.

Possible Cause: The count on the KMS host is not high enough. The KMS count must be ≥5 for Windows Server or ≥25 for Windows client.
Troubleshooting Steps: More computers are needed in the KMS pool for KMS clients to activate. Run Slmgr.vbs /dli to get the current count on the KMS host.

Error Code: 0xC004F039
Error Message: The Software Protection Service reported that the computer could not be activated. The Key Management Service (KMS) is not enabled.
Activation Type: KMS client
Possible Cause: This error occurs when a KMS request is not answered.
Troubleshooting Steps: Troubleshoot the network connection between the KMS host and the client. Make sure that TCP port 1688 (default) is not blocked by a firewall or otherwise filtered.

THE PROBLEM:






THE SOLUTIONS:

Below are four tricks that will almost certainly fix that problem:

• Reverting Network Adapter Drivers (try to connect after trying this one, if ayaw then follow the next instructions)
• Use netsh.exe or Resetting the TCP/IP stack setting
• Wake up your Wi-Fi Adapter
• Enable Download over metered connections
• Reset TCP/IP Autotunning

Revert Network Adapter Drivers

1. Go to Device Manager

2. Go to Network adapters and expand it

3. Now from the list, choose your network adapter (Wireless Network Adapter) that is showing limited connectivity.

4. Right click on your wireless network adapter and choose Update Driver Software..

5. A new window will open, in which you are required to click on Browse my computer for driver software





6. On next step, select, Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer





7. Check the Network Adapters, and see how many are listed. You may find two drivers here; one by Microsoft and other from the Manufacturer.

8. Choose the Manufacturer’s drivers and select Next.






9. Upon completion, you are advised to restart your PC and check if your problem is solved. If not, proceed with next instructions.





Using netsh.exe or Resetting the TCP/IP stack setting

The NetShell utility (netsh.exe) is a highly versatile tool that lets power users manage a myriad of computer processes right from the command line. Here’s how to put the tool to work for you:

1. Press the Windows Key + x + a to launch the Command Prompt with administrator rights.






2. Now in the command window type the following command:

Wake up your Wi-Fi Adapter


1. Press Windows Key + w to bring up the Settings search box and type:

This is a common problem sa mga gumagamit ng windows 8 / 8.1, sometimes naghahang or masyadong matagal ang pagrerestart or shutting down. This issue is due to a new feature of the latest windows OS, the one they called "Hybrid Shutdown". This hybrid shutdown features decreases the total startup time by hibernating the kernel session instead of closing it completely. But on some PC and laptop this hybrid shutdown features is not working properly and causing problem. So you can fix this shutdown and restart problem by disabling the hybrid shutdown features.


1. Go to Contol Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Power Options and click on “Choose what the power buttons do”
OR Search Power and click on “Change what the power buttons do” on the search result.





2. Click on “Change setting that are currently unavailable“. Click on “Yes” if the User Account Control (UAC) prompt ask for your confirmation.





3. You will get an option “Turn on fast startup (recommended)” on “Shut down setting“.




4. Disable the option by Unchecking the checkbox “Turn on fast startup (recommended)” and then click on “Save Changes“.

5. That is it. Now restart your Windows 8 \ 8.1 system and you will get that your restart and shutdown problem is solved.
